Gucci Store Director

- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
- Analyze monthly store performance and report on current trends, including competitor performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Manage stock levels through communication with key business departments to maximize full price selling.
- Train and communicate current collection knowledge to all associates.
- Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Market Director.
- Lead the team in establishing relationships and proposing local events to promote high client attendance.
- Monitor monthly CRM database reporting to capture meaningful customer data.
- Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, and Loss Prevention to adhere to company policies.
- Ensure timely submission of accounts payable invoices and cash disbursement policies.
- Oversee the processing of daily merchandise requests and shipments.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by the Worldwide headquarters.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Passion for the Fashion Industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $120,000 - $130,000.
