- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring profitability.
- Analyze store performance and report current trends, covering all aspects of the business including competitor performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership through active customer engagement, ensuring top-tier customer service and meeting mystery shop goals.
- Manage stock levels through communication with key business departments to maximize full price selling and align with new product launches.
- Train and communicate current collection knowledge to associates, ensuring the team is educated on brand pillars and seasonal strategies.
- Communicate company KPIs and develop strategies to meet performance standards.
- Develop and implement business action plans with the Market Director to enhance sales across product categories and client segments.
- Lead the team in establishing relationships and proposing local events to promote high client attendance and strong sales results.
- Stay informed on competitors, fashion trends, industry news, and technological innovations.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and respond quickly to business needs.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $110,000 USD to $120,000 USD, considering various factors such as skills, experience, and location.
