1. Support the store manager in performance tracking, store organization, and administrative follow-up to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives.
2. Act as the main point of contact between the store manager, team, and head office support functions.
3. Compile and send daily activity reports.
4. Prepare daily floor management files and data for briefings and managerial meetings.
5. Conduct specific analyses and make recommendations.
6. Prepare and monitor attendance schedules and payroll integration.
7. Collect and synthesize leave requests.
8. Organize individual and team meetings.
9. Follow up on new employee integration and administrative tasks.
10. Organize training and related travel.
11. Manage computers, phones, and tablets, including setup and troubleshooting.
12. Control and monitor petty cash and consumables orders.
13. Declare and follow up on maintenance issues.
14. Handle cash transactions and after-sales service as needed.
15. Manage uniforms and sales equipment.
16. Follow up on specific projects and store manager expense reports.
