Gucci Store Coordinator

- Support the Store Manager in monitoring performance and organizing store operations to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Store Manager, store teams, and head office support functions including HR, Operations, Clienteling, Visual Merchandising, Purchasing, Training, and Maintenance.
- Compile and dispatch the end-of-day activity report.
- Prepare daily floor management files and data for briefings and managerial meetings.
- Conduct specific analyses as required and issue recommendations.
- Prepare and oversee staff schedules, correct attendance records for payroll integration, and manage leave requests.
- Analyze and optimize Match-to-Traffic recommendations.
- Organize individual interviews and team meetings, and oversee the integration of new employees.
- Manage administrative tasks related to employees, including organizing training and related travel.
- Handle the setup and troubleshooting of computers, phones, and tablets.
- Monitor petty cash and manage orders and supplies.
- Report and track maintenance issues using the dedicated platform.
- Perform sales transactions and manage after-sales service as needed.
- Oversee uniforms and sales equipment, and manage specific projects.
- Handle expense reports for the Store Manager.
- Post-secondary education level.
- Experience in a retail environment.
- Preferred experience in the luxury sector.
- Ambassador of the brand and its values.
- Excellent presentation and understanding of luxury codes.
- Strong communication skills and versatility with digital tools.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Analytical abilities and understanding of retail efficiency challenges.
- Proficiency in digital and IT tools.

Experience in a retail environment, with a preference for luxury sector experience.
