Store Coordinator

1. Support the store manager in performance tracking and store operations.
2. Act as the main contact between the store manager, team, and head office support functions.
3. Compile and send daily activity reports.
4. Prepare daily floor management files and data for briefings and managerial meetings.
5. Provide specific analyses and recommendations as needed.
6. Prepare and manage staff schedules and payroll integration.
7. Organize individual and team meetings, and oversee new employee integration.
8. Manage IT equipment settings and troubleshooting.
9. Control petty cash and order consumables.
10. Handle maintenance issues and follow up on dedicated platforms.
11. Perform sales transactions and manage uniforms and sales equipment.
12. Provide after-sales service and follow up on specific projects.

1. Post-secondary education level
2. Experience in retail
3. Experience in luxury preferred
