1. Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
2. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to forecast demand and adjust stock levels accordingly.
3. Implement and maintain efficient stock management systems and processes.
4. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in stock records and compliance with company policies.
5. Lead and train a team of stock associates to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.

1. Proven experience in stock management or a related field within the luxury retail sector.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

3. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in stock management or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
