- Manage stockroom organization and ensure merchandise is stored efficiently.
- Improve storage and stock control systems.
- Supervise the flow of goods between stockrooms and the shop floor.
- Organize and replenish packaging and shop floor consumables.
- Receive and check weekly deliveries against invoices.
- Process paperwork and administrative tasks related to inventory.
- Maintain stock levels according to client demand.
- Liaise with inventory control regarding deliveries, stock transfers, and returns.
- Manage Return to Vendor processes at the end of each season.
- Prepare markdowns before sale periods.
- Conduct full and mini stock takes and investigate discrepancies.
- Identify and manage faulty stock and repairs.
- Support sales teams and visual merchandisers with stock preparation.
- Maintain communication with the Retail team at head office.
- Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent knowledge and practice in managing inventories.
- Language skills advantageous, preferably English.
