Stock Keeper

1. Manage stockroom organization and ensure merchandise is stored efficiently.
2. Improve storage and stock control systems.
3. Supervise the flow of goods between stockrooms and the shop floor.
4. Organize and replenish packaging and shop floor consumables.
5. Receive and check weekly deliveries against invoices.
6. Process paperwork and administrative tasks related to inventory.
7. Maintain stock levels according to client demand.
8. Liaise with inventory control regarding deliveries, stock transfers, and returns.
9. Manage Return to Vendor processes at the end of each season.
10. Prepare markdowns before sale periods.
11. Conduct full and mini stock takes and investigate discrepancies.
12. Identify and manage faulty stock and repairs.
13. Support sales teams and visual merchandisers with stock preparation.
14. Maintain communication with the Retail team at head office.

1. Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
2. Excellent knowledge and practice in managing inventories.
3. Language skills advantageous, preferably English.
