Gucci Stock Keeper

1. Adhere to Gucci's established policies and procedures.
2. Facilitate open and constructive communication with team members, store management, and customers.
3. Create an engaging and high-energy store experience for customers.
4. Serve as the store expert on stock techniques and procedures.
5. Ensure timely receipt, tagging, and delivery of products and supplies.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare new items for display.
7. Accurately manage hourly replenishment of stock.
8. Oversee timely management of transfers and other operations.
9. Monitor and control the flow of goods between storage and the shop floor.
10. Organize and control the arrangement of articles for sale.
11. Conduct inventory operations and participate in loss-prevention efforts.
12. Communicate daily with the Stock Coordinator and/or Store Management regarding product rotation and propose solutions as needed.

1. Fluency in Italian and English.

2. Passion for product and fashion.
3. Ability to engage effectively with customers.

Experience in a retail environment, particularly in stock management, is preferred.
