Gucci Stock Associate

- Receive and inspect merchandise deliveries.
- Ensure restocking, monitoring, and organization of stock (receipt, verification, and placement of products in stock).
- Maintain optimal organization of storage space for current and past collections.
- Monitor daily the number of available items on the sales floor (size, color) and perform necessary restocking.
- Prepare deliveries, shipments, and inter-store transfers in coordination with the store manager.
- Track packaging stock levels.
- Manage the reception and follow-up of defective products.
- Participate in inventory counts and discrepancy investigations (unknown shrinkage, losses).
- Perform labeling and tagging of merchandise.
- Occasionally assist in the store during temporary workload surges (greeting, organizing, minor maintenance).
- Prepare new display elements in collaboration with the sales team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ambassador of the brand and its values.
- Product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Passion for fashion and the luxury universe.
- Proficiency in English, with a third language appreciated.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Service-oriented and persuasive.
- Understanding of luxury codes.
- Ability to work in a team.
Minimum of two years of experience in stock management within a retail environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
