1. Collaborate with the Vice President, Store Planning & Facilities, and global design teams in the development of new store locations.
2. Prepare comprehensive design submittal packages, from initial site analysis to technical packages for the global design team.
3. Coordinate design layouts with regional departments including Visual Merchandising, Retail, Operations, and Security.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with tenant coordinators and mall managers.
5. Transition design documents into bid/landlord review/permit documents with the architect of record.
6. Review architectural documents and drawings with the Vice President, Store Planning & Facilities.
7. Ensure company standards and design intent are maintained by reviewing shop drawings with global design teams and vendors.
8. Coordinate security, telephone, and data requirements with all departments.
9. Obtain landlord approvals for preliminary and working drawing reviews.
10. Create requests for bids for various project scopes and coordinate cost and schedules with vendors and contractors.
11. Oversee project tracker to ensure timely completion of activities and store opening targets.
12. Maintain cost summaries and approve invoices in coordination with the cost controller.
13. Conduct site visits to ensure standards and design compliance during construction.
14. Attend weekly site meetings to ensure schedule and design standards are met.
15. Coordinate with general contractors and local departments for required certificates and inspections.
16. Assist in store openings and develop punch lists to ensure timely corrections.
17. Request lien waivers and comply with landlord close-out procedures.
18. Develop and issue maintenance manuals for Store Directors.
19. Assist in multi-project budgeting for departmental capital expenditure forecasting.
20. Prepare weekly status reports based on company templates.
21. Provide cost estimates for various activities in new and existing stores.

1. 15+ years of luxury retail experience in architectural and store planning project management, preferably with high-end retail stores.
2. University degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction preferred.
3. In-house store planning experience in the U.S. as part of a regional team.
4. Extensive experience in store planning project management with multi-level store build-outs.

1. Excellent budgeting and general math skills.
2. Proficient in scheduling with experience in project phasing and rollouts.
3. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
4. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
5. Strong understanding of design drawings and project documentation.
6. Knowledge of construction and millwork standards for luxury environments.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

15+ years of experience in luxury retail, focusing on architectural and store planning project management, with a preference for experience in managing high-end retail stores.

University degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $140,000 to $158,000, considering various factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
