1. Oversee and manage stockroom operations to ensure accurate inventory and efficient processes.
2. Execute shipping and receiving procedures, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Facilitate timely merchandise movement in accordance with company guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
4. Conduct and oversee store cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
5. Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences.
6. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages promptly, adhering to company standards.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
9. Ensure merchandise is packed, handled, and stored according to Gucci standards.
10. Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
4. Experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
5. Strong analytical skills to identify business priorities and solve problems.
6. High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

1. Proficiency with internal retail systems and shipping software.
2. Ability to meet physical demands, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
3. Team-oriented mindset.
