Gucci Senior Operations Coordinator

- Oversee and manage stockroom operations to ensure accurate inventory and efficient processes.
- Execute shipping and receiving procedures, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Facilitate timely merchandise movement in accordance with company guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Conduct and oversee store cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages promptly, adhering to company standards.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Ensure merchandise is packed, handled, and stored according to Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to identify business priorities and solve problems.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Ability to meet physical demands, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
