Gucci Senior Operations Coordinator

- Oversee and execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement in compliance with procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain accurate and organized store inventory, conducting cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
- Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Support the sales team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Adhere to Gucci standards in packing, handling, and storing merchandise.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
- Strong integrity and work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in utilizing internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Capability to meet physical requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
