Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee the efficient management of the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement in compliance with company procedures, including transfers and handling of damages.
- Maintain an organized store inventory through regular cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Adhere to Gucci's standards in packing, handling, and storing merchandise.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information and prioritize business needs.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- High degree of integrity and work ethic.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with retail systems and shipping software.
- Physical ability to meet job requirements, including lifting and climbing.
- Team-oriented mindset.
Minimum of 2-3 years in a retail environment, with luxury or contemporary experience preferred. Supervisory experience is a plus.
The base salary range is estimated between $24/hr CAD to $27/hr CAD, depending on experience and location-specific factors.
