1. Oversee the stockroom operations to ensure accurate inventory management and efficient processes.
2. Execute shipping and receiving procedures, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Ensure timely merchandise movement, adhering to company guidelines for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
4. Maintain an organized store inventory through regular cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
5. Support the sales team to enhance the client experience.
6. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages in accordance with company standards.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as required.
9. Pack, handle, and store merchandise following Gucci standards.
10. Participate in store initiatives and projects as needed.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.

8. Physical ability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of retail experience, ideally within the luxury or contemporary sectors. Supervisory experience is considered a plus.

The base salary range is estimated between $24/hr CAD to $27/hr CAD, subject to factors such as experience and geographic location.
