Gucci Senior Operations Controller

1. Oversee and execute the shipping and receiving processes, reporting any issues to the Store Director or Operations Manager and taking necessary steps for resolution.
2. Ensure timely movement of merchandise as directed, adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
3. Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory at all times, overseeing store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
4. Develop and share ideas to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
5. Support the team in the selling process to ensure the highest level of client experience.
6. Print and ticket merchandise, process returns, and manage price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
9. Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
10. Support store initiatives and projects as required.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
3. Excellent written and communication skills.
4. Previous experience in retail or other service-related industries is preferred.
5. Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
6. High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
9. Proficiency with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
10. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes.
