Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee and execute the shipping and receiving processes, reporting any issues to the Store Director or Operations Manager and taking necessary steps for resolution.
- Ensure timely movement of merchandise as directed, adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory at all times, overseeing store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Develop and share ideas to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Support the team in the selling process to ensure the highest level of client experience.
- Print and ticket merchandise, process returns, and manage price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
- Support store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Previous experience in retail or other service-related industries is preferred.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes.
