1. Oversee and ensure efficient stockroom operations to maintain accurate inventory.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, resolving any issues in collaboration with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Facilitate timely merchandise movement, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
4. Conduct store cycle counts and scheduled inventories, ensuring accuracy and organization.
5. Support the sales team to enhance the client experience.
6. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
8. Assist in the physical maintenance of the boutique as required.
9. Adhere to Gucci standards for packing, handling, and storing merchandise.
10. Participate in store initiatives and projects as needed.
11. Comply with all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.

4. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in using retail systems and shipping software.
7. Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
8. Collaborative team player attitude.

A minimum of 2-3 years in retail, with a preference for luxury or contemporary experience. Supervisory experience is a plus.
