Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee and ensure efficient stockroom operations to maintain accurate inventory.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, resolving any issues in collaboration with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Facilitate timely merchandise movement, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
- Conduct store cycle counts and scheduled inventories, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Support the sales team to enhance the client experience.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist in the physical maintenance of the boutique as required.
- Adhere to Gucci standards for packing, handling, and storing merchandise.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as needed.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing information and problem-solving.
- Strong integrity and work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using retail systems and shipping software.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Collaborative team player attitude.
A minimum of 2-3 years in retail, with a preference for luxury or contemporary experience. Supervisory experience is a plus.
