1. Oversee efficient stockroom operations to ensure accurate inventory management.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Ensure timely merchandise movement in accordance with company procedures.
4. Maintain accurate and organized store inventory, conducting cycle counts and reconciliations.
5. Support the sales team to enhance the client experience.
6. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages promptly following company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
9. Adhere to Gucci standards in packing, handling, and storing merchandise.
10. Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
11. Comply with all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
4. Ability to analyze information and prioritize business needs.
5. Integrity and strong work ethic.
6. Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

1. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Technological proficiency with retail systems and shipping software.
3. Physical ability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
4. Team-oriented attitude.

2-3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for luxury or contemporary sectors.

The base salary range for this position is $24.00 to $27.00 USD per hour, dependent on experience and location.
