Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee daily stockroom operations, ensuring accurate, organised inventory and adherence to Gucci standards for packing, handling and storage.
- Execute and manage shipping and receiving processes; identify and escalate discrepancies and take corrective action with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Conduct and supervise cycle counts and scheduled inventories; reconcile inventory records and drive corrective plans to resolve variances.
- Process transfers, returns-to-vendor (RTV), damages, repairs, price adjustments and ticketing in a timely manner following company procedures.
- Support the sales team as required to deliver superior client service and to prioritise client-facing activities.
- Contribute process improvement ideas to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs; support store initiatives and projects.
- Assist with boutique maintenance activities and meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting and ladder use.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures and security protocols.
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience; experience in luxury or contemporary brands preferred.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt communication to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to analyse information, identify business priorities and implement pragmatic solutions.
- High degree of integrity, a strong work ethic and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable with physical aspects of the role (e.g., climbing ladders, bending, lifting boxes).

Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience; luxury or contemporary retail background preferred. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
