Gucci Senior Operations Controller

1. Oversee shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues and implementing resolutions in collaboration with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
2. Ensure timely merchandise movement in line with company procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and handling of damages.
3. Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, conducting cycle counts and reconciliations as directed.
4. Propose and implement ideas to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Support the sales team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
6. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages promptly, adhering to company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical upkeep of the boutique as required.
9. Handle and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
10. Participate in store initiatives and projects as needed.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.

2. Proficiency in retail or service industry environments.

7. Proficiency with technology, including retail systems and shipping software.
8. Physical ability to meet job requirements, such as lifting boxes and climbing ladders.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for luxury or contemporary sectors. Supervisory experience is a plus.
