Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues and implementing resolutions in collaboration with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement in line with company procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and handling of damages.
- Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, conducting cycle counts and reconciliations as directed.
- Propose and implement ideas to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the sales team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages promptly, adhering to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical upkeep of the boutique as required.
- Handle and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in retail or service industry environments.
- Strong analytical skills to identify business priorities and solve problems.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology, including retail systems and shipping software.
- Physical ability to meet job requirements, such as lifting boxes and climbing ladders.
- Team-oriented mindset.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for luxury or contemporary sectors. Supervisory experience is a plus.
