Gucci Senior Operations Controller

1. Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to store management and resolving them efficiently.
2. Ensure timely movement of merchandise as directed, adhering to all procedures, including transfers, returns, and damages.
3. Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, overseeing cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.
4. Develop and share ideas to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
5. Support the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
6. Print and ticket merchandise, process returns, and manage price adjustments.
7. Handle repairs and damaged goods promptly according to company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
9. Pack, handle, and store merchandise in accordance with Gucci standards.
10. Support store initiatives and projects as required.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
4. Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
5. High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
6. Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

1. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Proficient in using internal retail systems and shipping software.
3. Ability to meet physical requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
4. Team player attitude.
5. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory.

A minimum of 2-3 years in retail, with a preference for luxury or contemporary experience. Supervisory experience is considered a plus.
