Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to store management and resolving them efficiently.
- Ensure timely movement of merchandise as directed, adhering to all procedures, including transfers, returns, and damages.
- Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, overseeing cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.
- Develop and share ideas to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Support the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Print and ticket merchandise, process returns, and manage price adjustments.
- Handle repairs and damaged goods promptly according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Pack, handle, and store merchandise in accordance with Gucci standards.
- Support store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Team player attitude.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
A minimum of 2-3 years in retail, with a preference for luxury or contemporary experience. Supervisory experience is considered a plus.
