1. Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager and implementing solutions.
2. Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to procedures for transfers, returns, and damages.
3. Maintain accurate and organized store inventory, conducting cycle counts and reconciliations with guidance from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
4. Develop and share strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
5. Support the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
6. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
9. Handle and store merchandise in accordance with Gucci standards.
10. Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
5. Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
6. High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
7. Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
9. Proficiency with technology, including retail systems and shipping software.
10. Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
