Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager and implementing solutions.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to procedures for transfers, returns, and damages.
- Maintain accurate and organized store inventory, conducting cycle counts and reconciliations with guidance from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Develop and share strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Support the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Handle and store merchandise in accordance with Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology, including retail systems and shipping software.
