Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee the efficient management of the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory and support exceptional client service.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to the Store Director or Operations Manager and implementing solutions.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to procedures for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, overseeing cycle counts and scheduled inventories with guidance from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Develop and share strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the sales team in delivering a superior client experience.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
- Assist with boutique maintenance as needed.
- Handle and store merchandise in accordance with Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
- Ability to analyze information, prioritize business needs, and solve problems.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with retail systems and shipping software.
- Physical capability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Team-oriented attitude.
2-3 years of relevant retail experience, with a preference for luxury or contemporary sectors.
