Gucci Senior Operations Controller

1. Oversee the efficient management of the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory and support exceptional client service.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to the Store Director or Operations Manager and implementing solutions.
3. Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to procedures for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
4. Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, overseeing cycle counts and scheduled inventories with guidance from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
5. Develop and share strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
6. Support the sales team in delivering a superior client experience.
7. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
8. Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
9. Assist with boutique maintenance as needed.
10. Handle and store merchandise in accordance with Gucci standards.
11. Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Previous experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
5. Ability to analyze information, prioritize business needs, and solve problems.
6. High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.

3. Proficiency with retail systems and shipping software.
4. Physical capability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.

2-3 years of relevant retail experience, with a preference for luxury or contemporary sectors.
