Gucci Senior Operations Controller

1. Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager and implementing solutions.
2. Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to procedures including transfers, RTVs, and damage management.
3. Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, overseeing cycle counts and reconciliations with guidance from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
4. Develop and propose ideas to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
5. Support the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
6. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
8. Assist in the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
9. Handle and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
10. Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for those with a background in luxury or contemporary fashion. Supervisory experience is a plus.
