Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager and implementing solutions.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to procedures including transfers, RTVs, and damage management.
- Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, overseeing cycle counts and reconciliations with guidance from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Develop and propose ideas to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Support the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
- Assist in the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Handle and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Physical capability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Team-oriented attitude.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for those with a background in luxury or contemporary fashion. Supervisory experience is a plus.
