Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager and implementing solutions.
- Ensure the timely movement of merchandise in accordance with directives from the Store Director or Operations Manager, adhering to all relevant procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, overseeing cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with guidance from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Develop and propose strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Support the sales team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Manage the printing and ticketing of merchandise, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages promptly in line with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical upkeep of the boutique as needed.
- Handle, pack, and store merchandise in accordance with Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing information, identifying business priorities, and problem-solving.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Physical ability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes.
- Team-oriented attitude.
A minimum of 2-3 years in retail, with a preference for luxury or contemporary experience. Supervisory experience is a plus.
