Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee and execute the shipping and receiving process, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement in accordance with procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, conducting cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages promptly, following company guidelines.
- Assist with the boutique's physical maintenance as needed.
- Ensure merchandise is packed and stored according to Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
- Ability to analyze information, prioritize business needs, and solve problems.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology and internal retail systems.
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Team-oriented attitude.
A minimum of 2-3 years in a retail environment, with luxury or contemporary experience preferred.
