1. Oversee and execute the shipping and receiving process, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
2. Ensure timely merchandise movement in accordance with procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
3. Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, conducting cycle counts and reconciliations.
4. Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences.
6. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages promptly, following company guidelines.
8. Assist with the boutique's physical maintenance as needed.
9. Ensure merchandise is packed and stored according to Gucci standards.
10. Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
4. Experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
5. Ability to analyze information, prioritize business needs, and solve problems.
6. High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
7. Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
