Gucci Senior Operations Controller

1. Oversee an efficient stockroom to ensure accurate inventory management.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, resolving any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Ensure timely merchandise movement while adhering to company procedures.
4. Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.
5. Support the selling process to provide exceptional client service.
6. Print and ticket merchandise, process returns and price adjustments.
7. Handle repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
9. Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
10. Support store initiatives and projects as required.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
3. Excellent written and communication skills.
4. Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
5. High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Experience with technology for internal retail systems and shipping software.
9. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
10. Team player attitude.
