Gucci Senior Manager, Retail Client Engagement

1. Lead the planning and execution of retail client development strategies across directly operated stores and outlet locations.
2. Translate Gucci America's client engagement strategy to align with retail business objectives.
3. Coordinate partnerships with Store Directors, retail leadership, and corporate client engagement teams.
4. Leverage client pyramid analysis and client mapping to derive retail plans.
5. Review client outreach achievement and tool usage to identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Align with corporate and field cross-functional teams on client goals and a 365-day calendar.
7. Analyze performance and impact of client initiatives on development and sales.
8. Collaborate with Retail Area Directors for strategy and goal setting.
9. Travel to stores to support client development growth.
10. Lead regional calls with store teams for strategy communication.
11. Present business area performance results related to client development.
12. Identify opportunities for stronger training programs to improve client development.
13. Create tourist development programs for key local and international tourist groups.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. 5+ years of management experience in Retail, Marketing, Special Events, Hospitality, or Consulting.
3. Proven ability in client management and relationship building in B2B and B2C environments.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and experience with VIP clients.
5. Exceptional understanding of the luxury fashion industry.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Experience with CRM Systems and Business Intelligence tools.
4. Strategic, analytical, and relationship-building competencies.
5. Ability to outline strategic plans and make recommendations.
6. Confidence in presenting to senior management.
7. Collaborative team player in a cross-functional environment.

A minimum of 5 years in management roles within Retail, Marketing, Special Events, Hospitality, or Consulting, with a proven track record in client management and relationship building.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $110,000 to $135,000 USD, considering various factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
