Gucci Senior Manager, Retail Client Engagement and Development

- Lead the planning and execution of retail client development strategies across directly operated stores and outlet locations.
- Translate Gucci America's client engagement strategy into actionable store-embedded client plans.
- Coordinate partnerships with Store Directors, retail leadership, and corporate client engagement teams.
- Leverage client pyramid analysis and client mapping to develop retail plans that meet sales goals.
- Review client outreach achievements and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Align client goals with cross-functional teams and develop a 365 calendar for client development.
- Analyze the performance and impact of client initiatives on sales and client engagement.
- Collaborate with Market Directors and store teams to develop strategies and set goals.
- Travel to stores to support client development growth.
- Host regional calls with store teams to communicate client strategies.
- Present business area performance results related to client development.
- Identify opportunities to develop training programs to enhance client development impact.
- Create tourist development programs to engage local and international tourist groups.
- Build expert knowledge of top clients and cultivate relationships through brand experiences.
- Partner with corporate teams to manage local and international client experiences.
- Develop and implement personalized brand experiences for top clients.
- Manage seasonal gifting programs for top clients.
- Develop partnerships with travel and hospitality sectors to cultivate VIP clients.
- Attend events and network with clients as a brand ambassador.
- Create and manage regional client engagement events calendar and budget.
- Develop target client lists for events and manage customer experience.
- Support store teams in developing new event initiatives.
- Coordinate event logistics including invitations, catering, and vendor management.
- Ensure excellence in execution of in-store events according to corporate guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of management experience in Retail, Marketing, Special Events, Hospitality, or Consulting.
- Proven ability in client management and relationship building in B2B and B2C environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with VIP clients.
- Exceptional understanding of the luxury fashion industry.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with CRM Systems and Business Intelligence tools.
- Strategic, analytical, and relationship-building competencies.
- Ability to outline strategic plans and make recommendations.
- Confidence in presenting to senior management.
- Collaborative team player in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of the time.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $115,000 - $135,000.
