1. Develop and execute strategic plans for product and campaign launch events, offsite collection previews, and special art and culture collaborations.
2. Coordinate celebrity photocall events both in-store and offsite.
3. Conduct agency bidding processes in collaboration with the procurement team, including contract management and negotiation.
4. Report to Gucci Headquarters with comprehensive event proposals, including production and operational plans.
5. Manage and develop the annual budget, conduct monthly expense reviews, and handle estimates and costs for communication and brand image events.

1. Over 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the luxury and retail industry.

1. Proactive problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
2. Excellent planning and organizational skills with a focus on meeting tight deadlines and budgets.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A minimum of 10 years in event planning or a related field, with a preference for experience in the luxury and retail sectors.
