Gucci Senior Event Specialist

1. Develop and execute strategic plans for product and campaign launch events, offsite collection previews, special art and culture collaborations, and celebrity photocall events both in-store and offsite.
2. Conduct agency bidding processes in collaboration with the procurement team, including contract management and negotiation.
3. Prepare and present event proposals to Gucci Headquarters, detailing production and operational plans, and ensure internal alignment.
4. Manage and develop the annual budget, including monthly expense reviews and handling estimates and costs for communication and brand image events.

1. Over 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the luxury and retail industry.
