Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors to ensure high performance and customer-centric service.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to deliver real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category objectives.
- Assist in the professional development and growth of team members.
- Ensure consistent and branded onboarding experiences for Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and promoting Gucci's values and heritage.
- Attract new clients by networking within the community and acting as a Brand Ambassador.
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
- Maintain visual display standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
- Minimum of 4+ years of sales experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 4+ years in sales, preferably within the luxury retail sector, with experience in sales management.
