1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and individual sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by showcasing extensive product knowledge and exceeding client expectations.
3. Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
4. Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging customers in discussions about fashion trends and the luxury market.
5. Build and strengthen client relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring comfort.
6. Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
7. Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
