1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by showcasing extensive product knowledge and exceeding client expectations.
3. Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs, propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and enhance sales.
4. Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, communicating trends and market insights to clients.
5. Build and strengthen client relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring their comfort.
6. Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new ones.
7. Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's guidelines and maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse.
8. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies and procedures.
