1. Advise clients throughout their purchasing journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
2. Present and promote the collection in accordance with brand standards.
3. Act as the brand's ambassador, embodying its values and ethos.
4. Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
5. Support clients with product knowledge, style advice, and trend insights.
6. Manage returns and exchanges efficiently to maintain client satisfaction.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar client-facing role.
2. Deep understanding of luxury fashion trends and brand positioning.

2. Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
3. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
4. Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.

A minimum of 3-5 years in a luxury retail environment, preferably within a similar role.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
