Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to ensure optimal performance and customer-centric service.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business objectives.
- Facilitate the onboarding and training of Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional client service by engaging with clients to meet and exceed their shopping needs.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and brand heritage.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador to attract new clients through community networking.
- Oversee floor leadership duties, including opening and closing the store and managing coverage during breaks.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving complex client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive loyalty.
- Capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
