1. Engage proactively with clients to establish strong relationships, providing best-in-class service both in-store and remotely.

4. Develop and expand the client base by recruiting new clients and nurturing existing ones.
5. Leverage in-store technology to ensure a seamless and relevant client experience.
6. Collect and utilize meaningful client information to customize services.
7. Provide insights on local lifestyle trends to enhance the client experience.
8. Drive sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
9. Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities.
10. Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective for all transactions to ensure a positive client experience.
11. Foster open communication with team members and propose effective solutions.
12. Assist in resolving common client issues as the first point of contact.
13. Engage clients with storytelling, expert product knowledge, and styling advice.
14. Stay informed on fashion trends, competitors, and client segmentation.
15. Participate in store operations, including stock maintenance and inventory.
16. Adhere to policies and procedures, focusing on loss prevention and operational excellence.
17. Process POS transactions accurately and ensure client information is captured correctly.
18. Contribute to maintaining visual display standards.
19. Perform management functions at the POS, including approval of returns and exchanges.
20. Execute opening and closing procedures, securing store assets.

1. 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
2. Passion for relationship building and client engagement.
3. High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
4. Proven ability to perform complex tasks with accuracy.
5. Ability to collaborate with teammates and function as a role model.
6. Proven track record in driving sales and building lasting client relationships.
7. Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.
8. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 4 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role, with a proven track record of success.

The base salary range is $18.25/hour USD to $20.25/hour USD, with eligibility for an employee benefits program and incentive program.
