- Engage proactively with clients to establish strong relationships and deliver best-in-class service both in-store and remotely.
- Foster client loyalty through personalized, client-centric experiences and by understanding their needs and aspirations.
- Develop and expand the client base by recruiting new clients and enhancing relationships with existing ones.
- Utilize in-store technology to enhance the client experience and collect meaningful client information for service customization.
- Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create new selling opportunities.
- Guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions through expert product knowledge and storytelling.
- Participate actively in store operations, including stock maintenance and general administration.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, focusing on loss prevention and operational excellence.
- Contribute to maintaining Gucci's visual standards and ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor.
- 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
- Passion for relationship building and client engagement.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust.
- Ability to perform complex tasks with accuracy and commitment.
- Proven ability to collaborate and act as a role model.
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.

A minimum of 4 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role, with a proven track record of success.
