Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors on the selling floor to enhance performance and drive sales.
- Partner with the Team Manager to deliver real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business objectives.
- Assist in the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and embodying the Gucci brand values.
- Attract new clients by networking and acting as a Brand Ambassador.
- Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage.
- Uphold the visual display standards of Gucci products.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proper work authorization to work in the United States.

Candidates should have experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
