1. Guide clients through their buying journey, ensuring an exceptional brand experience.
2. Present collections in alignment with brand standards, showcasing product characteristics and trends.
3. Support store management in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
4. Manage returns and exchanges efficiently to maintain client relationships.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar client-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and trends.
3. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

2. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
3. Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Minimum of 3 years in a luxury retail environment, preferably in a client advisory role.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
