Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve optimal performance with a customer-centric approach.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
3. Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and conduct training in collaboration with store management.
5. Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and exceeding client expectations.
6. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
7. Attract new clients by serving as a Brand Ambassador within the community.
8. Drive and surpass individual KPI goals by maintaining high standards of customer service and sales quality.
9. Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
10. Maintain visual display standards in alignment with Gucci's guidelines.
11. Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
12. Serve as the initial point of contact for resolving complex client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven ability to enhance customer experiences that foster loyalty and deliver measurable results.
4. Capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
6. Strong industry awareness and business acumen.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
