- Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors on the sales floor, ensuring a customer-centric approach and driving sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to deliver real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category objectives.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors, collaborating with store management to deliver training aligned with brand initiatives.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service, exceeding client expectations through personalized engagement.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Attract new clients by embodying the role of a Brand Ambassador and engaging with the community.
- Achieve and surpass individual KPI goals by maintaining high standards of customer service and sales quality.
- Perform floor leadership duties, including opening and closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
- Contribute to maintaining the visual display of products in accordance with Gucci standards.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management, serving as the first point of contact for complex client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to create positive customer experiences that foster loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- Capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong industry awareness and business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should have prior sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.
