1. Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors on the sales floor, ensuring a customer-centric approach and driving sales performance.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to deliver real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category objectives.
3. Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors, collaborating with store management to deliver training aligned with brand initiatives.
5. Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service, exceeding client expectations through personalized engagement.
6. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
7. Attract new clients by embodying the role of a Brand Ambassador and engaging with the community.
8. Achieve and surpass individual KPI goals by maintaining high standards of customer service and sales quality.
9. Perform floor leadership duties, including opening and closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
10. Contribute to maintaining the visual display of products in accordance with Gucci standards.
11. Support daily store operations in the absence of management, serving as the first point of contact for complex client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven ability to create positive customer experiences that foster loyalty and deliver measurable results.
4. Capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
6. Strong industry awareness and business acumen.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.
