Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
3. Facilitate the onboarding and training of new Client Advisors.
4. Act as a role model in delivering outstanding client service and embodying Gucci brand values.
5. Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures and visual merchandising.
6. Serve as the first point of contact for resolving client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven track record of delivering positive customer experiences.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Previous experience in sales management within retail or luxury retail is preferred.

The base salary range is $23.00/hour to $24.00/hour, subject to geographic differentials.
