Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for both individual and store performance.
- Serve as an exemplary role model by delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Attract new clients by acting as a brand ambassador through community networking.
- Exceed individual key performance indicators by ensuring outstanding customer service and sales quality.
- Collect and manage client data using company CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future opportunities.
- Maintain an up-to-date, accurate, and organized client portfolio for regular contact and follow-up.
- Engage with clients to provide fashion trend advice and insights into the luxury market.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster open communication and ensure a positive work environment.
- Uphold store safety standards to ensure the safety of clients, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with Gucci's visual standards.
- Participate in daily store tasks, maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
- Perform store management duties such as opening and closing, and ensuring adequate floor coverage.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of the Store Director.
- Act as the primary contact for complex client issues.
- Assist in achieving store goals by focusing on sales quality and strong floor presence.
- Support category activities and provide feedback to enhance performance.
- Adhere to Gucci's image guidelines and policies.
- Minimum of four years of experience, ideally in a similar role or customer service environment.
- Experience in staff supervision and scheduling.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to analyze business needs and trends and discuss them with senior management.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different clients.
- Willingness to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
