1. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for both individual and store performance.
2. Serve as an exemplary role model by providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
3. Attract new clientele by acting as a brand ambassador through community networking.
4. Exceed individual performance metrics by delivering outstanding customer service and sales quality.
5. Collect and manage client data using company CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future interactions.
6. Maintain an organized and up-to-date client portfolio for regular follow-up and tailored client engagement.
7. Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for the industry.
8. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive work environment and extraordinary customer experiences.
9. Ensure store safety standards to protect clients, colleagues, and merchandise.
10. Contribute to product presentation in alignment with Gucci's visual standards.
11. Participate in daily store operations, maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
12. Perform managerial duties such as opening and closing the store and ensuring adequate floor coverage.
13. Support store operations in the absence of the Store Director.
14. Act as the primary contact for complex client issues.
15. Support store management in achieving key performance indicators through quality sales and visible floor presence.
16. Adhere to Gucci's image and brand guidelines.

1. Minimum of four years of experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service environment.
2. Experience in staff supervision and scheduling.
3. Proven ability to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
4. Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with multitasking ability.
6. Ability to analyze business needs and trends and communicate with senior management.
7. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Flexibility to adapt to diverse clientele.
9. Willingness to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
10. Fluency in English and French is mandatory.

1. Sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
2. Strong relationship-building skills.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Industry awareness and business acumen.
6. Passion for the fashion industry.

A minimum of four years in a similar role within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
