Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for both individual and store performance.
- Serve as an exemplary role model by providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
- Attract new clientele by acting as a brand ambassador through community networking.
- Exceed individual performance metrics by delivering outstanding customer service and sales quality.
- Collect and manage client data using company CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future interactions.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date client portfolio for regular follow-up and tailored client engagement.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for the industry.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive work environment and extraordinary customer experiences.
- Ensure store safety standards to protect clients, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to product presentation in alignment with Gucci's visual standards.
- Participate in daily store operations, maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
- Perform managerial duties such as opening and closing the store and ensuring adequate floor coverage.
- Support store operations in the absence of the Store Director.
- Act as the primary contact for complex client issues.
- Support store management in achieving key performance indicators through quality sales and visible floor presence.
- Adhere to Gucci's image and brand guidelines.
- Minimum of four years of experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service environment.
- Experience in staff supervision and scheduling.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with multitasking ability.
- Ability to analyze business needs and trends and communicate with senior management.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse clientele.
- Willingness to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
- Sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Industry awareness and business acumen.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
A minimum of four years in a similar role within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
