1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve high performance and customer-centric results.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
3. Facilitate the onboarding and training of Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives.
4. Deliver exceptional client service by acting as a role model and brand ambassador, promoting Gucci's values and heritage.
5. Manage store operations including opening/closing duties and ensuring visual merchandising standards are upheld.
6. Address and resolve complex client issues as the first point of contact.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven track record of delivering positive customer experiences and measurable results.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.

Candidates should have prior experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
