Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
2. Partner with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
3. Facilitate training and onboarding for new Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives.
4. Act as a role model in delivering exceptional client service and promoting Gucci values.
5. Manage floor operations, including opening/closing duties and resolving client issues.
6. Uphold visual merchandising standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Base salary range is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
