1. Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from the first point of contact by offering best-in-class service.
2. Deliver a personalized, client-centric experience to foster strong and lasting relationships, driving repeat business and enhancing brand loyalty.
3. Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely.
4. Foster open and constructive communication with team members, maintaining a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions.
5. Support a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and assist in facilitating training in collaboration with store management.
6. Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing assets such as safe combinations and store keys.

1. Proven experience in a Supervisor or Senior role within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to build and maintain a client book.
3. Passion for fashion and knowledge of luxury fashion products and trends.

1. High flexibility and strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different customers.
2. Team-player mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
3. Fluency in English, with proficiency in a second language preferred.

Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role within the luxury fashion sector is required.

The position offers a unique 4-day workweek (40 hours over 4 days) in the prestigious Selfridges location, providing a work-life balance while engaging in a dynamic retail environment.
