Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Provide floor leadership and day-to-day supervision of Client Advisors to deliver best-in-class customer service and achieve sales objectives.
2. Coach and develop the sales team through real-time feedback, structured onboarding, and ongoing training in collaboration with store management.
3. Act as a Gucci brand ambassador by cultivating and deepening client relationships, prospecting and networking to attract new clients.
4. Deliver personalized client experiences, demonstrate in-depth product and brand knowledge, and close complex sales to meet and exceed KPIs.
5. Support store operations including opening/closing procedures, scheduling coverage, resolving client escalations, and upholding Gucci visual merchandising standards.
6. Fill a management role in the absence of senior leadership, ensuring continuity of operations and adherence to brand procedures.

1. Sales management experience in retail or luxury retail preferred.
2. Proven track record of delivering measurable sales results and building client loyalty.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational ability.
4. Industry awareness and commercial acumen with a passion for fashion and luxury retail.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
6. Authorized to work in the United States.

Previous experience in retail sales, ideally in the luxury sector, with responsibility for coaching peers or leading a team and a demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
