Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve high sales performance through a customer-centric approach.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
3. Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
5. Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and embodying Gucci's brand values.
6. Attract new clients by networking within the community and acting as a Brand Ambassador.
7. Manage floor leadership duties, including opening and closing the store and organizing coverage during breaks.
8. Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
9. Address and resolve client issues as the first point of contact when management is unavailable.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
6. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
