Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve high sales performance through a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and embodying Gucci's brand values.
- Attract new clients by networking within the community and acting as a Brand Ambassador.
- Manage floor leadership duties, including opening and closing the store and organizing coverage during breaks.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
- Address and resolve client issues as the first point of contact when management is unavailable.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
