1. Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors to drive sales and ensure a customer-centric approach.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to deliver real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business objectives.
3. Assist in the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and facilitate training.
5. Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and embodying the brand's values.
6. Attract new clients by networking and acting as a Brand Ambassador.
7. Manage floor leadership duties including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage.
8. Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
9. Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
10. Serve as the first point of contact for resolving client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and build loyalty.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Passion for the fashion industry.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

Estimated base salary range of $18.00 USD to $20.00 USD per hour.
