Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve high performance through a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
- Facilitate the onboarding and training of Client Advisors, ensuring brand initiatives are clearly communicated.
- Deliver exceptional client service, acting as a role model and brand ambassador.
- Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage.
- Uphold visual display standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
- Address and resolve client issues as the first point of contact.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and build loyalty.
- Capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role within retail or luxury retail is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $17.10 USD to $19.00 USD.
